Senator Dunleavy, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 2361. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                                
NO. 214(L&C) "An Act relating to insurance adjuster and independent                                                             
portable electronics adjuster licensing" was adopted.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 214(L&C) will advance to third reading                                                                   
on the April 14 calendar.
